I was looking at my spreaders last weekend and noticed there's some pitting and corrosion on them. What is the norm for these? Are they hollow? Should I coat/treat them with something? I really don't need another thing to replace :D

Hi Mary!

I cannot speak to the corrosion question as I am in fresh water, but the spreaders for our 34 Mk III boats are hollow as I have had mine off for painting. BTY, Your boat looks great!!! The hard work is paying off!

Thanks, Bob! It is finally starting to feel like I'm getting somewhere with all these projects.
