I couldn't part with this Cal! Time for some new standing rigging and bottom paint, then.

I motored over to Berkeley Marine Center yesterday and hauled out. On the way over, I noticed the water temp pegged, but it cooled right down when I reduced power. A tach would be nice sometimes.

The mast was pulled today. I removed the chainplates and they are looking just fine. Going to order some Tides mainsail track. They're already getting started on the bottom paint. She's looking pretty good for 48 years old!

Nice to learn that you are keeping the boat and that it is in good shape.

Haha! These are such great boats! I’m converting to tiller….

May not make it to Hadia Gwaii this summer but I’ve got time… (so far)

Good luck with the refurb!
