Cal 22 Measurements Shares for Sail Replacment

Hello all. I have a Call 22. I plan to replace the sails on the boat. I used a guy recomended from the Facebook group. And now this guy has sent me a packet of paper work and asked me to measure every detail on my boat. It was a lot of work and I hope but putting it here it here, may help others. I know not all 1986 Cal 22 are exact the same but if it saves you some time when replacing your own sails then it would be worth the share.
