Hello All:
We've sailed our 1967 Cal 34 (Dame) for 30 years, mostly in Northern Michigan and the North Channel in Canada. We bought her from good friends who cared for her well. She still has her original Atomic 4 which has been rebuilt once. We love the boat. We moor in Harbor Springs. Picture is the southeast corner of South Benjamin Island in the North Channel.
Before Dame, a Cal 2-27 (Oz), a Cal 25 (Recalcitrant) and before that, dinghies; Thistle, Tornado, and Shark on Lake St Clair near Detroit. There is no place like the Great Lakes.

Few people outside the Great Lakes have any idea of the glories of the North Channel. Maybe that's a good things....
